Right now my 90gal aquarium sits on a coffee table, and I quite frankly dont trust it. Its been fine for 4 months but i havent since. I want to buy a stand but I think that a metal 3-4 tier rack would be more useful. Does anyone know what type can support that kind of weight?

I bought the 6' Z-Beam rack from Home Depot. I have 75s and 90s and smaller tanks on it with no problem. It's rated for about 1500 lbs a shelf. The wooden insert doesn't support the weight, the beams do. Don't make the mistake that most people do and think the board is what holds the weight.
