I Want to put a 40 gallon long ontop of my 60 gallon tank to use it for water changes. At first I thought of just putting it directly on the top of it since they are both 4ft long but then thought that might not be such a good idea because of the weight. Has anyone tried this before?

Does anyone know where I could get a rack to put it on that would allow me to put the tank above the 60 gallon? I dont want to use one of those gorilla racks because it wont have the bottom shelf since my tank will be there and it seems like it would be pretty flimsy without it. I have seen some of the other shelves that look much stronger and probably dont need the bottom shelf. Where can I buy those? Any other suggestions?

Don't put one on top of the other, but you can DIY a nice dual stand. lots of nice topics on this.

Idealy I dont want to remove the existing tank. I just want it to go above it. Can't seem to find any rack that would work for it though.
