Stand color

I'm just about finished building a stand for my 75 gallon, but i'm at an impass about what color to paint it. Any suggestions?

Stain is the way to go then put on poly.

Thanks it ended up being the left over stain from the molding I did in our kitchen. I was going to pain it a redwood color but I left that out in the shed all winter and it wasn't any good anymore.
