Stand Help

Just wondering if you guys think my stand is ok for my 125 (72 x 18 x 20). I had the front right seam just go, and wanted to make sure it couldn't be due to my stand. The top is lined with 2x4s with no spaces between each one. They do not appear to be warped, and the tank sits level when it is on it. However, the third row of the blocks from the left is a hair under the 2x4s, not touching

Make sure it is as level as possible.

You say the the 3rd one in from the left is not touching, it may not be causing the leak but it should be supporting something.

If it's not why is it even there? take it out and then see how you feel about it . . .

That third one was there with the intention it would be touching. I'm going to replace the 2 x 4s with 3/4" plywood, and if needed, use something as a shim to get that third stack to be a support.

I'd definitely get that third one supporting the tank. If its not touching the tank then it's effectively just like not having it there.

Is the leak repairable on your tank?

It better be! Haha. I have the front face off since the seal broke between that and a side pane. The 2 pieces of glass were litteraly apart. I'm just finishing cleaning off the old silicone before I attempt to reseal it. While I was at it, I took out the silicone on the rest of the inside seams to reseal those as well.
