So I built a stand for my 450 gallon out if 2x6s I'll post pics in an hour when I get home but I realized I used 1/2" plywood to cover the top of the frame instead of 3/4" is it a big deal? Have 3/4" foam on top of the plywood, and I placed my level atop of the tank and it's perfectly flat and level on the stand, should I be concerned?

I wouldn't worry about it at all. Where does it say you have to use 3/4" ply to cover a stand?

should I be concerned?
hello; Much will depend on how the stand is actually framed up. The pictures may be of help.
3/4 ply is stronger than 1/2 but the design may be such that the difference will not matter.
Some designs use a ply skin more to keep the stand from racking than to bear weight.
I have no opinion at this point.
