Stand questions possible disaster

So I just bought a 220 gallon fish tank and stand filled it up yesterday I'm laying I'n bed at the moment and it sounds like poping noises about every 30 secs... Is it just the new stand settling or is the a potential problem

I'm thinking the stand is a perfecto also it was a package deal has anyone ever had probe with them before

I have a Perfecto 220 and stand. It had been in use for a year before I bought it. The previous owner used the stand with no problems.

I replaced several of the planks with 2x6s to strengthen it. That was just for my peace of mind.

That happened to me as well with a 125 tank/stand combo I bought new a few years back. It stopped after a while and didn't have any problems

I hear the same noise every once in a while and each time I think okay here it goes, crashing down.

So do u all have perfecto stands?

My Oceanic stand makes that sound, once a great while though. My homemade "overbuilt" stands make no sounds.
