stand= sump?

i wont be doing this but its an idea someone who's heavy filtration crazy might like. instead of taking a tank and turning it into a sump or wet dry for a larger tank, why not just make the stand the filter itself. you could add glass or water proofed plywood to the inside of your stand so that it holds water then just turn it into a massive sump with access doors at the top.

i like that idea but you would need to specilize the doors so you can still acces(sp) the sump. nice idea thought.

I've been thinking about doing that with my 125 stand
it's all steel so it would be easy and I think it would look cool as hell.
