Read the stickies for basic help. You can use java fern, anubias, java moss, or bolbitis ferns.

Anubias and java moss do great in my tank with standard lighting.

will i need CO2, or fertlizer? or anything speical? i have gravel right now. . .

Im running normal Strip bulb that i found laying around my house that are backup for my kitchen lights... 60wat white ones... works just fine a little show but i think that cuzz i dont have enuff food for the plants now

For a low light setup, there is no need for co2, but it wouldn't hurt. Ferts will be necessary to an extent, dependent on the amount of output the fish have, and the amount of plants you have.
