Starry night cichlid set up

I have a couple 8x3x2 I'm changing around. I wanna base one of them around starry night cichlid. For a tank of this size. Could you do two of them? I know they are very aggressive to their own,.if not one is fine but what would be tank mates i could put in with them to fill out the 350?

I'm not into the whole bio type correct tank. So just looking for options on what could go with them to fill the tank out. I do enjoy GTs but looking for help.

I kept male and 3 females together in a 6 ft tank.
And later a Madagascan community with Paretrplus maculatus.

One thing to be aware of, is that other cichlids with iridescent markings sometimes prompt a territorial, and aggressive responce from Paratilapia..
So trying to keep similar appearing cichlids with them, can cause problems, its not just about biotope, but ythe way cichlids respond to each other
