Hey all, I'm new to MFK and was actually looking for suggestions to starting new on my pond. I have a 3000 gallon pond that currently houses 9 koi. I would like to change it up and have some arowanas and paroon sharks if possible. Would anyone out there have any suggestions?

I suggest keeping the pond at a steady temp of atleast 80 degrees year round then.

Do you think the fish will be compatible with the koi?

i don't think they are compatible....i think that their water temperature variance are maybe too far apart. especially with kois i think they prefer cooler water.

I suggest you get rid of the koi and mak it a super monster tank with aros , aligator gar and others.

I've seen koi, aros, and sharks before.. Just add a heater to the pond.
