I posted about a month ago for help on tank size for a green terror. The replies were great but if course I ignored most of it and keyed in on one piece... Get the largest you can! I went in settling on a 75 to save money and walked out with a 125 special order. I was going to get a 75 then a 125 for another room later and get them both cheap at PetSmart. I went to the local fish store though and ordered a nicer set up to match my current 56g. I regret nothing other than not getting a 180 lol.
Anyhow just wanted to say thank you to those that helped and share some pictures. I put a green terror fry and fire mouth in the tank to start. They both hide all the time but I hope they will get more personable over time. After Christmas I will get an Oscar and maybe a jd. Other than a pleco the tank will be stocked if not over stocked then. I have other tanks to move around if fighting breaks out but hoping they will all claim space and play nice. I am running an fx6 that I got on Black Friday and a penguin 350 on it currently. I used media and decorations from another tank to get the cycle going before I added the fish.
I am not sure how I want to decorate but natural is most likely how I will go. Anyhow pictures of it and my other tank with my electric blue scars centerpiece.
Be nice about the blue in 56 it was my first tank and I wanted blue fish so blue to match. I did better with this tank and went black and pond Stone so I'm learning.
