Starting a brackish

I've never setup a brackish tank, but I've had fw for 9 years, is adding salt the only difference, do I use the same type of filters I've used for fw, etc.....
Help me out please!

I helped my friend set up his brackish tank. We used Instant Ocean salt and a Hydrometer to measure the salinity. Depending on the fish you want to keep, this may range anywhere from 1.010 to 1.016.
