Starting a flowerhorn as pet

Hi guys i am just starting a flowerhorn as a wet pet. Any food sugjestions?

He is kind a shy and hides all the time, he was placed in a 75 gallon tank with some convicts, the convicts are there for him to become some kind a alpha male and start growing his big hump after that they will be moved

I feed My King Kamfa mix with Ionic, Okiko Head up and Okiko Platinum Head huncher, Grand Sumo, Hikari Bio Gold +, and kens fish Growth pellets.

I jusr got humpy head XO ocean free, and super red syn XO ocean free with tetra cichlid and tetra bits

Update its started showing some colors but no humps yet. . .

Toss the Asian made flowerhorn filler foods and stick with hikari cichlid bio gold plus, nls Thera plus, omega one super color cichlid pellets. All in mini size so he can eat alot of them.

from last month it has only got half inch bigger i thibk this guy is a girl donno for sure
