Hi my name is Vikash and I'm changing from fresh to salt water and I wanted to know after how many weeks can add a snowflake moray or what I can do do speed up the cycling process I'm going to my lfs tomorrow and I'm hoping to buy everything needed for the tank tomorrow

Don't rush the cycle, get your live rock and a raw table shrimp and read on keeping your prospective eel happy for the next 6 weeks. Patience will take you far in the salt side of the hobby!

I am not a big eel person, but I don't think you could do one in a 29, correct me if I am wrong.

29gal is too small for even a snowflake moray. Id choose something more compatible with your setup.
