Starting New Tank 29 Gallon Bowfront

I'm moving and unfortunately I had to give away my 75 gallon tank, but I still have the 29g. I think I want to try a bolivian ram tank. Any suggestions on how many to start with and other fish (tetras, etc...) to include? I'm hoping I can identify a pair at the shop, but you never know.
