starve pb

how long can i starve my pb, size range from 4"-6". it been 3 days now, im trying to get them off goldfish. trying to feed them krill and only 1 taking.

Since one of them are eating, it's only a matter of time before the others start to take the new food.

I am starving my Kelberi right now. They are in with my Orino that take pellets. 4 days of trying they are now swimming up and mouthing the food.

Live bloodworms work every time to get them eating something other than goldfish. Frozen and freeze-dried have the same effects for me. I have not had a new bass reject these for more than 2 hours after getting em home. But, I would wait till they are around 8" until starving.

i just feed them right now and all of them is starting to eating the krill...cool. no more goldfish..

i starved my 2 pbass as the 3 inch mark, took about a week, they started eating frozen bloodworms first, then frozed shrimp, and now eat anything i throw in the tank, mainly a pellet mixture...now pushing the 10 inch mark.

Yeah, it's never good to starve pbass till around 7-8". They need to eat about 2-3 times a day. I feed mine 3.
