Starving Method for 2+months motoro still not eating MP

Hello folks!

I need your help and advice. I have been using the starving method for more than two months now so i can break my motoro to eat MP. He looks healthy because he likes to swim around with the datnoids and blowing the sand. His growth slowed down and the bite marks wont heal or regenerate.Recently i tried to feed some feeders so he could eat because it has been more than 2 months but he won't eat them (hunger strike?). I was wondering if someone could help me in breaking my motoro to eat MP. Thanks!

Never feed feeders ever again. After 2 months, you should just get your ray fat and healthy again with some pure worm diets. Once its back on track, start starving again.

If he is not eating MP after 2 months of no food then stop trying. Some rays are just picky eaters and will starve themselves to death if you try to break them of foods they like. Get him back eating with some ghost shrimp. It will probably be the only thing he will eat now.

Personally I would not starve a ray for that long, even with fat reserves it can cause growth issues through malnutrition.
If he has not taken them by now, he probably never will. Start feeding and fatten back up.

get some food into him quick. what ever he will eat.

if they go to long without food they stop eating and there organs begin to shut down. i had this recently with my male motoro that had been starved for a longtime before i got him, he started to eat again but couldnot handle food and died.

start him back off on small amounts every few hours then build up to larger meals fewer times aday untill you can go back to normal feeding.

if he will eat worms? the chop and mix methord is much better then the starve methord.
