Caught the show yesterday night!!!
NO SPOILERS:
For StarWars fans - lovely show! Ties up the 'loose ends' into Episode IV quite nicely. Lots of SFX eye-candy (as expected). Lightsaber battles, ties up most of the 'loose ends' for the prequels - pretty much what we would love to watch.
For non-StarWars fans - dialogue is bad, story is not that great, "waste of my time & $$$" (seriously, I heard a guy in the lift mention that), "I prefer LOTR", etc.
Nonetheless, I enjoyed it. Wanna watch it again.

I saw it today. I liked it. Better than episodes 1 and 2 by a large margin. I agree that Lucas brought the series full circle very well.
