i told a few of you that i had taken a stock tank yesterday from some neighboors. but backround info is needed.
On saturday last week. i was walking my dog through the alleys and saw in a yard a large metal stock tank flipped upside down. Immediatley i thought POND
!! So i left a message with my phone number on the door of the house asking to possibly buy the tank.
well i wait and wait and i still dont recieve a call. its finaly tuesday and i start asking the houses neigboors to see who lived there and what there phone number was. I finally got the answer: "no one lives there anymore. they moved out a few months ago"
Me being a young adolescent male decides that the pond must be up for the taking. I swiped it.
Today my dad got a call from the owner. He was irate. (Have any of you had to deal with a pissed drunk 6'4'' redneck? i have) so i moved it back to the house and got cussed out some more. after my *** chewing the guy says "looks like its in good shape glad you didnt f*ck it all up."
of course me being the smartass adolescent male says "yeah why would i f*ck it up if i intended to have fish in it?
he got even more pissed so i said "bye, sorry" and left.
i hope he doesnt press charges.
i know what i did was stupid and am sorry.
