I just ordered 2 Stealth heaters from Ebay. They finally came in yesterday after 15 days of waiting. I open the box and.... They sent me Stealth Pro's instead of the regular Stealth. Anybody have any input on these heaters???

i have 2 of the Stealth Pro 300 watts in my tank and so far work great.there set to 79 and atm tank temp says 79.8 F

More input please!!! I'm just scared because I've seen pictures of these heater cracking in a couple of different tanks. I believe there was a recall also issued for these heaters.

I haven't had any issues with any of my Stealth heaters. I just got the new Stealth Pro a few months ago and it's working fine so far.

there running in a 210 thats been set up a couple of months.atm just a couple blood parrots are in the tank but i plan to add a clown knife in 2 or 3 weeks more.

my stealth pro split open on me after about 2 months. luckily it didnt do any damage

normal stealths are peices of junk ( personal experience and i've heard the same from MANY others on here) they leak current like theres no tommorow. I've heard stealth pro's are better and don't leak any voltage into the tank, but personaly i don't trust anything built by marineland anymore.

I have heater guards on my stealth pros because I have rays. I also have a raged arowana that knocks off the heaters from their clips and the heaters are still holding up. Better than the original stealths IMO
