Just curious what the steps I would need to go through to gain a trade permit for purchasing fish outside US borders? Which permit would I need specifically? Theres so many related to wildlife importation with different aquatic clauses. I dont need a license to import and sell aquatic wildlife Im just looking for one that would allow me to import a few of my long looked for fish. I know there is a "1 time pet import/export license", could I get one of those each time I purchased a fish and needed it imported?
