Sterilized Potting Soil

I have a 180 gallon tank I'm going to use as a planted aquarium. The substrate I want to use is sterilized potting soil because then I don't need to inject co2. It has to be pure topsoil with no lime or fertilizers though. I looked and looked and cannot find any. Help please! Thanks
