Sterlet tank mates.

Need some tank mates for a sterlet. I was thinking a paddlefish or some type of fancy koi, possibly a LMB/longear sunfish(?). any other suggestions?

I had shovelnose sturgeon about 12 years ago in a 125, i kept 3 elephantnose fish, 1 irredecent shark, 24 inland silver sides, 3 blue spotted sunfish, 5 hogchokers, 12 threadfin shad, a dragon gobie and a rope fish.

Wow, that does put things into a different ball park! Is this an indoor pond or outdoor pond?

Well the pond isint built yet, but i am definitely getting a pond around that size and i just wanted to know in advance. It will be outdoor.

Well if it IS going to be that big then paddlefish would be a go. Damn, theres prolly not too many native you couldnt fit in that.

yeah, im not too limited with pond space. I could build a much bigger pond if i wanted, but then it would be taking up alot of space.
