Sth Americans in a pond

Iv got a pond 3x1.2x600 with a descent DIY box filter on it and I was thinking of putting some sth Americans in it, but I dont no which ones would be suitable. I live in a warm climate so heating isn't an issue. I would like to breed them and if possible have a couple of different types in it if possible.
What do you guys suggest

My guess is it's 600"x3'x1.2' if so about whatever cichlid you want as long as the water stays warm enough and there is plenty of current. How warm is the water at night during the coldest month? I would put a pair of umbees in it and several pairs of smaller cichlids maybe some viejas, trimacs, all sorts of fun stuff. Just siphon out some water everyday and fill it back up!
