If you get a better, clear photo Ill name it. It looks like Placido. johnstoni. The bars look a bit thin but the head/coloration look like a johnstoni.

Definitely not a Haplochromis and definitely not a Nimbochromis (venustus)

Looks like one of those that are usually sold as an "electric blue" or something or other. (Placidochromis)

Stop the guessing game. Pic is not clear enough to even consider a guess. Could be one of a number of fish. Re-post a clear pic and we can try and give it a name!

The head shape looks similar to a Mylochromis spp., but without clearer pics it's too hard to tell.
