Well my aro has been pretty babied. I have him a few months and he's about 8 inches now. I've been feedin him crickets but now Imma take a stand and stop cuz he is picky as hell. Tried worms and superworms and pellets and krill. all he takes was crickets. Feed him around 8 crickets twice a day. I've went outta town for labor day weekend so he didnt eat for like 3 days. When I got bak I put sally's frozen krill and he finally ate some. But he doesnt eat much at all. Like maybe only 3 or 4 pieces in day then maybe 2 or 3 at night. Seems like he doesnt have an appetite like on crickets. He would tear them up real quick. Should I keep doing this or does he need to eat more?

Alrite.. I'll keep at it. At least he's eating foods thats not moving. He use to wouldnt even try it unless it was movin. At least he tries some hikari sticks but he spits it out.
just dont offer cricket trust me if you want a fish to change food dont give in he can go month or two easliy with out eating eventuly when hes hungry enough hell eat anything u give to him mine was like that wouldnt eat pellets now loves them plus still eats feederss (homegrown) hes almost there if hes aleast getting them in his mouth
