take a look at your proof , look at the date !!! this article was before the fedral ban , there is no exception in hawaii. while it MAY be possable to farm the fish with the req.d permits for the fish food market (delivered dead only )and it certainly is still alive and well in hawaii waters , it is still illegal for you to keep these in your aquarium and they have all the same rules applied as any state on the mainland regards buying selling and transporting.
