sting ray with white spots

my motoro rays are getting these white spots on them and my female motoro ray has them and it looks like the skin is comming off what is it?

thanks for the help in advance how do i cure this water para's are nitrite 0 nitrate 0 amonia 0. could it be the ph? i didnt test the ph

How big are the spots and how big are the rays? Are the spots large like bite or scratch marks? If so add 1-1.5lbs of salt to 100gls to help heal, but then you will have to find out who is causing the bruising for it to stop.
 
I JUST WENT THROUGH THIS THIS WEEK. BACTERIA INFECTION. CLEAN FILTERS REAL GOOD AND DO WC. ADD SALT AND TURN HEAT. I ENDED UO LOSING 4 OUT OF 12. EVERYONE LOOKING GOOD NOW. THAT BACTERIA AINT NO JOKE. MY WATER PERAMETERS WERE CHECKING OUT ALSO. I WAS STUMPED FOR DAYS
 
It could be the heater if there is any spots they can touch the skin will come off and turn white underneath .If it is buy clear tubing for pond pump hose and drill as many holes in it as possible and slip it over heater. You may have to raise temp on heater. Add aquarium salt at 1 table spoon per 5 gallons.
 
salt goes by the pound here..... please post pictures so we can see..pictures are needed to determine if this is bacteria....
 
i will get pictures up been super busy with work thanks for the comments guy water change is done 15% everyday

As Nick said, every water change add the stupid salt. It`s what, 10$/40lbs, 40 water changes, it will last you 4-5 months, if you have on tank.
