Hey I was just wondering If there is a small growing stingray that doesn't get big that would fit in a 55 gal tank

It is not just the size of the ray and if they "fit" into a smaller setup. A lot of it has to to with the amount of waste they produce. The smaller the body of water they occupy the quicker the water quality lessens because of lack of dilution. The short answer being no.

For a 4" reticulated would a 100 work until 8"
