I've been having my motoro stingray and florida gar in my 140 for about 3 months now and all has been good. My neighbor was breaking down his tank and had a large angel fish and a large red-fin shark. He was going to throw them out! So of course, I had to take them. The red-fin shark is doing its own thing in the corner of the tank near some driftwood, but the angelfish has me worried. It seems to be stalking my stingray. Keeps a 2-8 inch distance, and hasn't nipped yet. But of course this has me worried. This fish actually swims around tilted because it always has its eye on my ray. I'm just wondering if anyone else has kept angelfish in with rays succesfully, or if this presents a problem. Thanks to all!!

Ha, I've never seen those before Gr8. Don't you have one of your ray squashing a gar next to the glass as well?

i have angels in with my rays with no probs i even have breeding pairs that have breed multiple times and don't mess with the rays but im afraid one day my rays will eat the angles tho
Oh wow! Well, my ray is about 6-7", still very young, and the angel is a nice size. So I guess I'll see how long the angel will last lol. If the angel becomes food, then I tried my best... I just didn't want the angel to harm my ray.
