Stingray breathing lil hard

My female marble is breathing alil hard and lifting front up What does this mean I did another water change Should I add powerhead to circulate water more

Answer is yes you should add a powerhead, but thats separate to the issue here. TBH mine do that ssometimes, I was told it is when they want more oxygen but I think its just something they do, I don't think it NECESSARILY means something is wrong, though it could. On second thought, mine don't breath hard when they do it, they breathe normal, so idk if its the same thing. test water and post results.

I'd say that's a little high, I keep mine at 80f

Ya 86 is really high. Shoot for 78-80. Have you tested your water parameters? Also if this is after fish catching and eating and expelling allot of energy it would be expected. But still lower temp slowly
