STINGRAY EATING BUT SKINNY! HELP!

my 4 inch motoro that i had for 2 months has recently been losing some weight.
the weird thing is i hand feed it a blcok of frozen blood worms everyday...
recently i have been feeding it 2 a day since i see it got skinny..
its weird cuz the tail is super thin and i coudl see the hip bones.. but it is clearly eating because its eating straight from my hands...
now how is this happenning?
is there a parasite or something?
im worried this guy is getting skinny.

Possibly parasites but most likely needs more nutrition. Try chopped earthworm, shrimp and chopped fish, these should help your ray beef up fast.

Chopped earthworm, shrimp or even clam will be better. Try a three-a-day feed while they are young. It should come around quickly for you.

tong, i noticed with my lil guy, he likes to chew everything he finds, but only eats certain foods. even tho it looks like he's eating everything, he isn't. thats why i like bare bottom so i can see what he leaves behind. ur ray may be chewing but not really eating. or chewing but only eating some. try gettin them on shrimp dude. or sell the female to me lol

hahaha the female stays. it cant go. girlfriend got it for me for christmas. if i let it go she will go crazy. but nahh its eating forsure i hodl the bloodworms in my hand and i coudl feel him eating it. but imma go get some earthworms i guess.
that makes sense that the dead ones are not nutritional.

i give mine black worms, they will constantly graze all day on them. Only problem is ive tried to offer other food but they dont eat it. but black worms and earth worms will bulk them up fast.
