Stingray Education/Collection Trip

Long-term, I plan on doing this. Is there anyone else with this seriously in mind? I would like to find a few contacts that would be legit about finding, catching, and shipping rays reliably.

I would also like to find someone in South America who knows about rays; I am thinking that we would have to start looking at those who actually collect them for the aquarium trade, as well as the professors and students in the area who have studied them.

Anyone have any ideas, or leads? Anyone serious about planning this in the future? It would be a trip of a lifetime.
