Stingray Floating but breathing

Hello i need help!

I woke up to my 4-5'' motoro stingray floating, sometimes upside down but still breathing. At first i thought she was dead till i saw her still moving.

How do i remedy this? Is it because of what i feed her, blood worms? Or possibly tank mates (arowana, silver dollars)?
 
Usually if floating, just staying at the surface of water is a sign of poor water quality. Tank size is way to small.

Keister asked what the parameters are in the tank, not the size. Though right off a 35 gallon is too small in my opinion even for a baby ray. To be honest it doesn't sound good as black particles coming out of the mouth and floating upside down sounds like some serious issues. How much research did you do before buying the ray? Why opt for a ray and then maintain him/her in such a small tank? How much experience do you have with keeping fish? Rays aren't considered good choices for beginners. Has the ray eaten? There's a lot of questions that people would need answered to help you and pictures would also help.

Pics always help. How many silver dollars are in there and how big are they and how big is the arow or arows?
