Stingray friendly aquarium divider.

Anybody here has a stingray friendly aquarium divider?
currently i have an acrylic sheet divider in my tank which separates 2 arowana .
i was thinking if it would be a good idea to cut the sheet below, so there will be a gap for the stingrays to swim from one side to the other? while keep the arowanas on their side.

anybody has this kind of divider?

I have the reversed - separating the rays but letting all other fish through. I had holes cut so midlevel fish swim through but not big enough for the rays.

Since you want the rays to roam the bottom, you can have a rectangular section close to the bottom cut for the rays to pass. Tall enough for the thickness of the rays.

Only prob ive encountered here is the rays are strong and can move the divider so you need to hold it well with heavy duty magnets or suction caps.

thanks, i noticed they are able to move the brick i have in the tank holding the divider together I'll try to modify the divider and hope my arowanad cant fit
