stingray has zit?

hello all, my male have try to breed with my marble female for a good few weeks now but she is just too big for him lol.

last week i notice that there are little spot on the ray's disc, for the past few days it started to develop into a zit? there are little white stuff at the end too?

she is the only ray that has this , all of the other rays are fine.

at the moment i'm treating it with mela fix, it seems to go away a little then it come back.

i don't really want to add salt as i have arowanas and other stuff in there.

any idea?

btw, i'm running a UV filter 24hrs.

Someone else had this quite a few months ago, If I am not mistaken I think it was Keepinfish.
