My female retic has been doing this for most of the day. Has been in a 300 gallon with a male. 30% weekly water changes, water parameters fine, feed a mix of pellets, black worms, earth worms, frozen blood worms, market shrimp. Was hoping that she was pregnant again as the male has stopped biting at her disc. Please let me know what you can think or if there's anything I should do.

Ammonia tested daily usually zero, never over .25 and if it gets there
A 30% water change. Nitrates usually test at zero, never over 1. Ph consistenly 6.5. She seems interested when food is made available but does not seem to be eating as much as before

You need to question why your getting ammonia readings at all??
And nitrates... also...
Is the tank fully cycled?
I think you need to do more water changes. More than once a week with these readings
