Stingray leapolti

So I have a 20 gallon fish tank with two african cichlids, one red eared slider, and one motoro stingray. I have had them all for about 13 months and I am looking to add a new fish. I might add a leapolti that my dad is going to buy me. I feed them all flakes, sinking pellets and sometimes chicken. Where can I buy one?

One other question. My ray is missing it's tail. It got caught in my filter a month back. Will it grow back?

lol tank is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to small for rays. and a leo go for around $1000 a pup or more.

Nope it is 30 inches long 12 inches wide and 12 inches high

That poor ray. A motoro shouldn't be kept in any tank less than two feet wide and five feet long, IMO, and that would be the absolute minimum. I dont even know what to say.
