Stingray lost it's spike

Hello, my mini marbled motoro lost it's sting/spike (whatever). It's the one in the avatar. Is this by any chance harmful or dangerous? It completely lost it.. And I'm not sure how..

Ur good. Use a net to sift the sand if you want to keep it as a souvenir

They shed and grow new ones periodically. Nothing to worry about. Just don't cut yourself with the old one. Not until you've washed it off really well at least

Probably want to remove it like Mr. Allgood said, that way it doesn't accidentally puncture one of the fish or you while cleaning.

You should definitely remove them!! I've lost pbass and a pup ray from swallowing shed barbs. Hard lesson learned to keep watch and sift through the sand once in awhile.
