That is a fun place. It is called stingray city. There is an area ~3-4 ft deep for snorkelers and a deeper area ~15ft for scuba. You can actually hand feed them. I had a hickey on the back of my arm for a couple of days b/c one sucked on it for a split second. There is also a pair of 7ft green morays that freeswim and eat pieces of squid from you.
