Stingray not growing

So iv Had my stingrays for about a year now and he literally hasent grow at all I also got a marble motoro about 6 months ago he hasn't grow
Eather there in a 180 gallon tank am I doing something wronge?

Verry odd I have rays 7months old @8"
I feed hikari carnivore and sinkers I find rays grow a lot faster on pellets and I als feed 3 times a day

Raw prawns are good ever day for a week. Then a good mixed diet mussels squid rings earth worms ect.

I had stunted Motoro's once then they died. Turns out my drip stopped working and I didn't notice till it was to late. So high nitrates was the cause and negligence

try regular water change and more food... I usally do every 2 day max 80% water change and feeding once daily..
