stingray sand

I want to get two motoro stingrays. My first question is my tank is going to have a foot print of 88x38. that should be enough for 2 motoros for life right? second question is what is the best kind of sand for them? What is the best for them?

I think you are good on your dimensions. Some may disagree. I'll let someone else with more ray experience address the sand question though.
