Stingray senses

Got a qn here! Do stingrays have an acute sense of smell and vision?

They have a very acute sense of smell. vision seems to be hit or miss

I have read a lot about their electro senses but am amazed that when I put a worm in they seem to miss it until VERY close...maybe their senses are lazy in the home aquarium as they do not need to hunt.

x2, sometimes I see food pilling up in a tank corner at the back for like 5-10 minutes while my rays start frantically searching for more food before my rays finally swim into it and notice its there.
