stingray Sick or not ?

I dont know why but today both of my stingrays have a bump on their right side back by the tail
my nitrate 30ppm
nitrite.5
amm. 0
ph 6.8
tank size 180 gallons
Ok I did a 25% water change just after I tested the water and I will do another in the morning is the nitate or nitrite maybe the cause of this bump I know that that is high but it is not really really high.

Did you just feed them? some times when mine are pigs and steal food from the smaller ones they get a hump like that and then once they poop they are fine.

nope it is now the next day and they both are still like that. The pics are of two different rays

no clue....... I've only seen that when I feed them alot. Indigestion??

Someone posted this problem not long ago. Turned out in a day or two the lumps were gone and I think it was mentioned it's a digestion thing. I can't find the thread now though...

the nitrie should always be 0
the nitrates are not a problem

My rays do it from time to time. I think its normal.
