You can put most fish that aren't too small like Datnoids, peacock bass etc. avoid plecos and poly's and you will eventually need a larger tank for the ray

Yes I realize she will out grow a 100 gallon I'm in the market for a 96x24x24 I'm sure she will survive fine in that big
a motoro can get to 30" across instead of length you should be looking for width like 6'x3' or 5'x3' if you don't want such a big tank
I switched my ray to my 135G its running a 50gallon sump and I have my 5 frontosa with her also bought a 13" male
