Anyone ever set up a webcam to let others view their rays? or even monitor their rays when the lights go off (infrared cams) ? interested to know as im thinking of doing one myself. mine would be from above because its a pool not a tank....anyone got any pointers?

I know Johnptc in cali has a web cam on his "House of Sam" tank.. Pretty sweet too..

i have a web cam on my tanks so i can monitor them when i go on vacation. its a pan/tilt/zoom so i can move to look at filters, temps, etc

i dont let anyone else view it though because who ever can look at it can get into the settings

very good idea when u have alot of money tied up in your fish...

look for Wi-Fi cameras, they are really easy to install, and you can connect to them online (a lot of have pan/tilt/zoom option )
