Stingrays gill always open

Hey guys my rectic pup has always had one of her gills always open it does move in and out but never fully closes it's on the top left of pic just want to know if it will ever affect her apart from that she seems perfectly happy and acting normally.

Do her spiracles on top both move? Partial breathing function can be a sign of gill flukes you may want to treat with prazi as a precaution since it is a relatively gentle treatment.
 
Yes thanks for the advice they both move and open and close fine it's just her one under gill doesn't fully shut its been like it since I got her about 4 months ago I thought it might change but apparently not the only real impact I can see is that food especially bloodworm falls out when shes eating, she just has another go anyway but? I'm just concerned in the long run.
