why BW? why not something meatier like fresh prawns soaked in kent garlic extreme?

Blackworms are the best "starter" foods for rays that are newly acclimated.
They are tiny and easy to chew on and they have the tendency to float and land
everywhere, including the ray's spiracle where the ray gets to taste the worms accidentaly. Ive never had a healthy and acclimated ray refuse bw.

Blue - i was busy earlier and didnt fully understood what you posted. Sorry for the loss. Maybe you can ask the seller for compensation ?
