Never even seen one available to be owned.

am from Poland and I have a chance to bring her back. And I have a question, I have a newly founded 200x80 tank and this will be the beginning of my adventure with stingrays and what parameters will be ok for it

I would not recommend starting with a ray that it is hard to find info about in the first place. Also if u want to breed, will u be able to find a male as well? At the same time, no guts, no glory. I learned by making bad decisions and dealing with the consequences. Lol. Good luck!

Na razie będę chciał tylko te płaszczki hodować za kilka lat, będę chciał je hodować, podać mi odpowiednie dla nich parametry i czy wystarczy zbiornik 200x80x60 i zamówię trzy dwie samice i jednego samca

I haven’t personally heard of them myself tbh.

but if you are trying to keep them “site unseen” I would look up where they come from, collection points etc. Then try to imitate water like they come from in the wild.

and please document it, report back on here so perhaps future hobbiests who are prospecting them can have a reference of what you did or didn’t do. That way you could be building a road for them to potentially be in the hobby in future.

who says you can’t be one of the first to keep something new to the hobby.

also look up the typical ray requirements and how to keep typical rays for a better head start. That way you have a nice start point.

there are lots of stickies in the ray section to help you get started.
