In the water
Didn't get answered on my last post so here it is again but I has a few more ideas this time. In my 55 gallon right now I have
x1 EBJD
x1 bellycrawler pike cichlid
x1 Senegal bichir
x1 earth eater
I want a few more fish for the tank that won't outgrow it. I was thinking about a fire mouth, African brown knife fish, some pictus catfish or a clown loach. How many of these fish could I do(I know not all of them). Is there any other fish that I could have that won't get bigger then 10" that I haven't thought of.

I have an ABK and he's pretty cool but he likes to sit behind the plants for a large portion of the day, firemouths are cool, ive heard pictus can irritate bichirs and clown loaches i thought needed schools - if you're wanting another good sized fish id pair up the bichirs, other than that i think you're gonna have ur hands pretty full when these guys grow up

The geophagus will out grow the tank but u can i have a blue acara or a African brown knife instead.

I know I don't want a lot more just one and a catfish or something like that and I know about the geophagus when I bought it the lady at the LfS told me it only got to 4". I will get rid of him in the near future but for it is the most active fish in my tank. I want more fish because no one is very active and it's kind of boring.
